Water Injection Kit - Pre Turbo

Pre-turbo water injection kit with 4L tank and level sensor (3L tank available).

This kit has the same effect as a large increase in the octane rating of pump petrol, allowing much higher boost levels and advanced ignition timing than would otherwise be possible. The end result is more horsepower and increased engine reliability.

With no electric pump or complex control system this kit is by far the simplest and most reliable kit on the market.

Pre-turbo water injection cools the compressor wheel at higher boost levels, effectively extending the compressor map and allowing the turbo to flow more air than would normally be possible.
Water injection cleans carbon buildup from piston crowns and rotors, meaning higher engine efficiency and less chance of pre-ignition. No rusting or corrosion of engine internals occurs, and intercoolers do not fill with water.

Simple to install and set up, and includes instructions. It can be controlled by most aftermarket ECU's, and also works with blow-thru carb setups. Straight water, or water/methanol mix can be used.

We have extensively tested this kit to over 40psi boost pressure and 850hp at wheels from a 13b engine with 98 octane petrol (91 octane USA).

This is a cheaper and simpler alternative to E85.
Kit is available without tank/level sensor for those that want to build their own tank.

FD3S RX7 Solid Diff Mount Bushes

CNC machined from UHMW (high strength plastic). Supplied as a pair with steel crush sleeves. These replace the factory oil filled bushes, and drastically reduce 'axle tramp' or 'wheel hop'. This in turn increases gearbox and diff/axle life, and greatly reduces the likely hood of cracks in the power plant frame. A must for drift, drag, or circuit racing. These are a direct replacement for the factory bushes, no modification is needed.

Tremec TKO Remote Shifter

These are a direct bolt on replacement for the stock shifters and feature adjustable stops, along with three different shifter locations - each 25mm apart. These locations cover both FC and FD Rx7's with factory center consoles. Shifter ball thread is 10x1.25, so existing Rx7 shift knobs still fit.

    Steel Bell Housing - Tremec TKO to Rotary
This bellhousing is built to NZDRA and ANDRA specifications from cold rolled 6mm steel and laser cut 10mm flanges. Approx weight 10kg. Designed to be used with hydraulic release bearing. Bolts up to 12A, 13B and 20B. No scatter shield or blanket required. No adapter required, bellhousing bolts directly to the TKO gearbox (minor modification to TKO case is required to clear starter motor). Supra R154 Transmission to Rotary Adapter Kit

Tremec TKO to Rotary Adapter

CNC machined billet alloy adapter. Allows 13B turbo bell housings to be bolted to Tremec TKO transmisions. Two adapters available - one to suit FC (S4/5) bell housings, and one to Suit FD (S6-8) bell housings. In both caes the existing 13B turbo clutch/flywheel/starter is all retained - only the clutch spline must be changed to suit. Fitting instructions included.

Billet Selector Forks for Supra W Series Transmission

1st/2nd and 3rd/4th forks. CNC machined from 7075 aluminium to better than factory tolerences. Extra wear pad incorporated into the top of each fork for added support. Direct bolt in replacement for the factory cast alloy items, no modification is needed. These suit all alloy case 'Supra style' transmissions (W55 W56 W57 W58 W59). Priced per pair. Mazda Full Spool
These fit FC Rx7, FD Rx7, and Rx8. If you're sick of splitting FD diff housings in half, one of our spools will completely eliminate this issue. A must for drag and drift applications - no more one wheelers, no more blown spider gears, no more split housings.
CNC'd from chrome moly steel, these spools are 3.5kg lighter than a stock FD carrier.
These spools are dimensionally a direct replacement for the factory Mazda carrier - no re-shimming is necessary.
