FD Rx7 Underdriven Multi Rib Pulley Kit – RACE

This kit is designed for high revving NA race engines using the FD waterpump and timing cover. There is no provision for powersteer or aircon.

• Designed and manufactured in house using aircraft grade 6061 aluminium billet.
• Direct replacement for the stock FD pulleys.
• Diameters and resulting pulley speeds are optimised for waterpump and alternator efficiency. We’ve designed this kit to have the least amount of horsepower loss possible. (significantly less horsepower loss vs Gilmer drives).
• Works with factory CAS pickups. Trigger wheel has both the stock -20 timing mark, and a TDC timing mark.
• Lightest weight kit available. Light weight 1 piece aluminium main pulley/hub.
• Machined to tight tolerances eliminating runout and wobble.
• 35um semi hard black anodised for surface toughness and longevity.
• Hard anodised main pulley for lip seal wear resistance.
• Main pulley bolt torque tested to 250ft/lb
• Laser cut trigger wheel is black nitrided for corrosion resistance.
• Supplied with OEM quality 5PK Mitsuboshi or Bosch belt.
