Brand new 8lb flywheel with new genuine Mazda ring gear. Significantly lower Moment of Innertia vs our solid 10lb flywheel.

CNC machined right here in the BOP from 4140 chromoly steel. Ring gear can be replaced should the need arise. Proven to 12,000+rpm.

Significantly safer than 6 spoke versions. This flywheel has no spokes to crack through over time.

Suit all 12a and early 13b engines (300mm ring gear).

New Mazda rear counterweights available to suit all engine models. Hi tensile clutch/flywheel bolt kits available.

–4140 vs 1045 material– 4140 is significantly stronger and has a superior wear rate compared to the more commonly used 1045 material. Subsequently 4140 has a higher purchase price, hence the reason our flywheels cost a little more than others.
